We are proposing business finance and administrative solutions for the implementation of cost efficiency initiative project and profitability improvement plans. We are also deploying Financial Planning & Analysis processes & control tools. We are setting up the M&A strategy with transaction support and business valuation methodology to be focused on performance and profitability.

Pool of competence

SitCo is using external consultants to transform and deliver particular mandates, thanks to their expertise on specific markets. The pool of competence includes 6 main consultants covering Europe and Middle East countries. They extend SitCo's range businesses troughout the world.
